Jacques Lambert, consultant en acériculture

Born in the maple sugar region, he undertook specialised studies at the Sucrerie Ecole de Plessisville, Qc. following a family tradition since his father Wilfrid before him and his brother Nil also chose the same course of life.

After completing his studies at the University of Ottawa Jacques Lambert served as advisor thirty years for the Ministry of Agriculture, Quebec.

Jacques Lambert was judge in many maple and honey product exposition's such as the Royal Winter Fair in Toronto.

This booklet popularises the making of maple products so that all interested can fully enjoy the products of the maple tree.
